The internship is temporary and educational in nature. No employer–employee relationship is created during the internship period.
Initial duration is 3 months. Extension to stipend-based engagement is performance-dependent.
First 3 months: No monetary compensation. Post 3 months: Stipend-based compensation (performance review). Future full-time role is not guaranteed.
Intern will work on design/tech/legal/marketing-related tasks. Scope may evolve based on performance and learning curve.
Company will provide reasonable guidance, feedback, and mentorship. No guarantee of specific tools, certifications, or job placement.
All work created during the internship remains the property of Popping Design. Intern may showcase approved work in their portfolio (non-confidential).
Intern agrees to maintain confidentiality of company data, clients, and processes.
Either party may terminate the internship with written notice. No liability for compensation upon early termination.
